Wash hands thoroughly after handling raw poultry. Raw meat carries bacteria, and touching other ingredients without washing can cause cross-contamination.
First, take 1 whole chicken, separate the collarbone from the meat, then cut along the breastbone to separate both sides of the chicken breasts, and finally cut the bone joints and push the chicken legs upward to separate the bones.

Be careful when cutting bones, otherwise the knife may slip and cut your fingers.
