Wash hands thoroughly with soap before and after handling raw chicken. Keep raw meat cutting boards and knives separate from cooked food to avoid cross-contamination. Do not touch other containers or ingredients after handling raw meat until you have washed your hands.
Place 450g boneless chicken thighs with skin on a cutting board, cut with a knife into uniform bite-sized pieces (about 2-3 cm), and transfer into a large glass bowl.
Watch out
Do not cut chicken pieces too large, otherwise they will be hard to cook through evenly or will overcook on the outside during frying.
